Returns & Refund Policy

At GULP, we want you to love your hydration experience. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened electrolyte tablet tubes for hygiene and food safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us and we’ll work with you to put things right.

For unopened products, please contact our team before returning your order to confirm eligibility and receive return instructions.

2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at josh@gulphydration.com.

Please include:

• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Photographs of the product or packaging, where applicable.

We’ll review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected by this policy.

3. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed or dispatched.

Your statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. Where applicable, UK consumers have the right to cancel online purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods. Exceptions may apply to sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

4. Refunds

Once your refund has been approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Where a refund is required by law, we will process it within the applicable statutory timeframe.

Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law.

5. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us and we’ll help resolve the issue.
